Inform to Shipowners, Cargo ownners, port authorities and all inerested organizations about arrival of foreign vessels;

Help to masters of vessels to carry out all documentation concerning of calling to port and arrival of vessels to port, controls cargo operations;
Produce towing of cargoes for linear vessels, freight dues, as well as, calculations with Shipowners and other interested firms and organizations;
Lead arbitration and judicial proceedings according to the missionof Shipowners;
Help to masters of vessels to legalize marine protest;
Control strictly execution of cargo owners and ports of agreement of marine transportation;
Help to gain necessary equipment, provisions, bunker, water, to repair vessel and its mechanisms, to receive necessary type of transport, medical assistance.
